Classes Held Every Other Tuesday at 11am

Upcoming Dates:

This welcoming, judgement-free breastfeeding support group is designed for anyone who is pregnant, newly postpartum, or simply seeking deeper education and confidence around feeding their baby. Together, we'll explore the physical, emotional and practical sides of breastfeeding in a supportive group setting.

Teresa Rivero IBCLC will lead the group while Rena from Mend Lymphatic Wellness Center and Dr. Chisako Sugiyama-Murray from Built Strong Pelvic Health and PT will provide additional hands-on support when needed.

Whether you're preparing for your first feed, navigating challenges, or just wanting to learn and connect, this circle offers a space to ask questions, share experiences, and feel truly supported.

You don't have to do this alone -- community and compassionate guidance make all the difference.

All feeding journeys are welcome!

Breastfeeding Bootcamp

Saturday, May 23rd
10am - 4pm

A deeply supportive, hands-on workshop for pregnant and postpartum families (partners more than welcome!) who want to feel confident, prepared, and supported in their feeding journey.

Led by Teresa Rivero IBCLC, this immersive 6hr class goes beyond basic breastfeeding education. You'll learn how lactation really works, practice latch and positioning, and get clear guidance on milk supply, pumping, bottles, back to work, common challenges, and much more.

We will have special speakers such as Rena from Mend Lymphatic Wellness Center and Dr. Chisako Sugiyama-Murray from Built Strong Pelvic Health and PT to give tips and guide parents in their respected fields.

Whether you're preparing for your first baby or navigating a rocky start, you'll leave with practical tools and the confidence to trust your body and your baby. This is a safe, inclusive space where all feeding journeys are honored.
